Firebird embedded still exists, but looking at the release notes, it might require a bit more explicit coverage.

In short, you need fbclient.dll and engine12.dll (or their Linux equivalent). There is no separate fbembed.dll anymore.

There are only questions about it on google with no answer.

Also, Release Notes says nothing about it.
