Recently converted Delphi 7 project to Delphi XE8 version.  Somehow when I run this program in XE version which connects to a database located at server, retrieving a saved record such as invoice is slower compared with using Delphi 7 program.

I find that TFDQuery seems slower than TQuery.

Any advice ?
