From reading the Gfix documentation on the firebirdsql website
http://www.firebirdsql.org/manual/gfix-dbstartstop.html, I noticed a
warning:-

There is a bug in Classic Server which still exists at version 2.0. The
bug is such that the -f[orce] option behaves in exactly the same way as
the -at[tach] option.

Can you confirm whether this is still an issue in v2.1 and/or v2.5 or
if it has been fixed do you know when it was fixed?
