Confirm the state "Forced Write" database flag for the databases.
It also seems as if your database is being created on a drive "snapshot" which is being rolled back when the system is rebooted -- very odd.

* I can't recall even _hearing_ of this happening (I have read practically every support mailing list post in the last 18 years).
