I have two client server applications that are installed in over 200 sites.  The applications each use a database, db1 and db2.  In the past six months, we've had two strange occurrences.  After a scheduled server reboot (Win 2008 R2), the db1 file is missing.  Luckily, each company does a backup each night, so it was just a matter of restoring the database.
