Mark! :-) By the question it is clear that author have very sketchy
knowledge about transactions (if any). So, I decided not to speak
about autonomous transactions at all, because it can lead to
"misused feature" situation.
(at least because autonomous have same paramaters that have
parent transaction, so, wait here can double problems).
