Hi,

 

we use FB2.5

and i see that in monitoring tables MON$STATEMENTS field RDB$STATEMENT_ID is type Integer.

What happen when it reach max int value?

When it is reset - backup restore?

 

 

I ask becouse in previous FB 1.5 limit was only transaction ID as Integer

but if statement have the same limitation than i see the problem. 

We can have many statements in one transaction and we can reach limit near 1 year interval or less

We active develop our database and do backup restore when metadata was changed

In near future we need to stop this action (doing system down for backup restore) and now we can have problem?
