Hi
I have a problem with my gbak utility.
I have recently installed the FirebirdSS-2.5.2.26540-0.i686.tar.gz on my debian server.
When I am using a gbak from windows maching gbak WI-V2.5.2.26539, everything is working ok and I am able to make a backup of my db.
When I do the same with my linux gbak utility (directly on the server machine) I ahve got an error
gbak: ERROR:arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation
gbak: ERROR: string right truncation
when I run a gbak -z to get a version, the result is weird
gbak:gbak version @1
I think this tells me that the gbak utility that what installed with the server might be old one.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Peter
