There's a new On Disk Structure (ODS) for V2.5. To get full benefit from
2.5, you must backup the database and restore it on 2.5. However, 2.5 can
read the old ODS and 64 and 32 bit engines use exactly the same ODS. If
you can move the disk with the database to your new computer, you can do
the backup on the new system. Otherwise, since you have to copy the file
anyway, you should back it up on the old system and restore it on the new.
Do NOT copy a running database - you'll get a bad copy.
