unfortunately long time ago I joined the group and I get hundreds of
emails.

Can you please delete me from the mailing list .It looks like I cannot do it
myself because most probably my data were lost,

Already forgot my access codes etc..Please tell me how delete it ,or do it
for me since for many years now I get so many emails every day.
