Merry Christmas and wishing you a fantastic new year!

I have an old database that has a few BLOB sub_type 0 fields for text data and I know BLOBs can't be converted between sub_types

So apart from defining new columns of sub_type 1 and UPDATEing data from old to the new column, deleting the old column and renaming the new column.

Is there any thing I can do for automating the process?
