Are you sure that Firebird .Net Provider (!)
generates SQL, and moreover, it generates sql
incompatible (!) with Firebird?
for example, the file FirebirdSql.Data.FirebirdClient.dll does not
contain sql keyword APPLY at all.
As you were told by Lester Caine, you use some tool that
generates SQL for MS SQL server, not for Firebird.
