Things are obviously improving ... sorted this while writing the post rather
than just after posting ... but ...

I need to massage a large database that has come in all in upper case, and I
need to convert to 'propercase' with just the first letter upper ( Heath Road
for example ). FreeAdhocUDF apparently has U_PROPERCASE, but I'm having trouble
getting it to work. Seems I had to reboot the machine to get the right libraries
used on this?

Anybody got an alternative on this? Is it a candidate for adding to the core
engine these days? More important though, is the FreeAdhocUDF OK on FB2.5 or was
I just lucky that U_PROPERCASE worked?
