Hi All

I'm using Flamerobin to connect to a remote Firebird server and I'm
getting the following error.

*** IBPP::SQLException ***
Context: Database::Connect
Message: isc_attach_database failed

SQL Message : -923
Connection not established

Engine Code : 335544421
Engine Message :connection rejected by remote interface

This only happens when I try to access the database remotely but if I
ssh into the remote machine and access the database using isql, it can
connect fine.

I'm using Firebird 2.1 on a CentOS 5.5 machine.

Any advice would be appreciated.
