Hi all,
just once again Firebird crashed:
DBSERV02 (Server) Fri Jun 17 07:27:12 2011
Database: D:\FIREBIRD\JENZBASE.FDB
internal Firebird consistency check (invalid block type encountered (147), file: exe.cpp line: 1010
The guradian and the fbserver are still running after that, no restart in the log.
If a client tries to attach the database, they will get the message:
ISC ERROR 335544344
I/O error During "CreateFile(open) operation for file "D:\FIREBIRD\JENZBASE.FDB"
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Oh, i forgot:
I have an testmachine, Linux 2.6.35-24-server.
I switches the users to this machine, after an actual restore.
Same Error!!
mathilde (Server) Wed Jun 15 13:42:47 2011
Database: /jenzdaten/datenbank/jenzreplika.fdb
internal Firebird consistency check (invalid block type encountered (147), file: exe.cpp line: 1010)
So i think, the reason must be the client software. But how to find?
The eror occurs randomly, 2-4 times a day.
Nearly 100 User use this DB. Solving this problem ist urgent for my job....
Best regards,
Rolf
