The event is fired when the transaction is committed. Perhaps it isn't
committed in your case?

the transactions are committed. (gstats fine, every 5 seconds a
delphi-application (without zeos ;o)) calles a procedure and hard commit
each call) On the local machine I can get with flamerobin the events, but on
the host-machine an everywhere in our network I cannot get this. Perhaps it
is a vmware-issue?
