They do get a lot of 10054 errors in their Firebird.log....

The problem with superserver, is they have about 20-30 concurrent users at a time, and an 8 or 16 core CPU, so I think superserver would be very slow...

I've seen those 10054 errors with superserver as well though, so I don't think changing will alleviate those either..
