My customer with the repeated index corruptions on FB 2.1.3 has finally upgraded to 2.1.4, but I'm afraid they are still getting index corruptions after a day or two of working after a clean restore.

They will upload a ZIP of the FDB database it to our FTP site tonight once everyone is logged out. The FDB file is 1.5 GB
