I have installed CentOS 6.2 64 bit on Intel dual core 1.8 GHz, but failed to installed firebird 2.5.1 for Linux AMD64.

Error message was incompatible hardware.

I don't understand, CentOS 64 bit can be installed but firebird failed, is it Intel dual core not compatible with AMD64?
