I've been using Firebird for a long time. I just recently "upgraded" to OS X Lion (10.7.2) on my Mac. Now Firebird has become unstable. I was running FB 2.1, but upgraded to 2.5.1 in hopes of fixing the issue (as I saw posed on Paul Beach's blog). But no luck. I've tried 2.5.1 Classic, SuperClassic, and SuperServer. Same results with all of them. I can open a connection to the database, query a table, but it hangs when I close the connection. I get the same result using isql or in my Java code (connection.close()). Both worked fine before the upgrade to Lion. Any ideas!?
