(maybe double post - reason wrong email adress - sorry)

i have an open-suse 10.2 Server - 4 core CPU
running Superserver 2.1.3

change Port to listen to 5144 (change in etc/services for gdb and portsettings in firebird.conf)
files firebird.conf and aliases.config are in /etc/firebird and in root dir firebird i have links to the files

for debug my connect problem on the same PC i have flame Robin

in aliases.config i have entry:

Mandant5 = /local/programm/orgaMax-server/DB/DB0.FDB

in Robin
displayname DB0
databasepath /local/programm/orgaMAX-server/DB/DB0.FDB
and
displayname mandant5
databasepath Mandant5

connection over DB0 works
if i try to connect over mandant5 - Fails:

Context: Database::Connect
Message: isc_attach_database failed

successful execution of subsequent statements

Engine Message :
I/O error for file "Mandant5"

No such file or director

!! if i have an open connection over DB0 the connecton over Mandant5 works !!

so the server see the DB0.FDB only if i have already an open connection over DB0 - connect over alias Mandant5 alone dont work

why??
