They are all detailed in the 2.1.x release notes (including the newly reserved words that came with 2.0.x). Actually, AFAIR, the v.1.5 release notes also warns about most of the ones that should be treated as reserved, for future-proofing. The v.1.5 notes also gave advance warning about being careless with table identifiers...and throughout the life of v.1.5, issued warnings about it. Problem is, most interface implementations ignore warnings. :-(

I often get the impression that there are developers out there who see phrases like "more restricted" and just go "AAAAAAARRRGHH! Work!" ;-)
