Actually, AFAIR, the v.1.5 release notes also warns about most of the ones that should be treated as reserved, for future-proofing. The v.1.5 notes also gave advance warning about being careless with table identifiers...and throughout the life of v.1.5, issued warnings about it. Problem is, most interface implementations ignore warnings. :-(
