I am not an expert at gathering this info, so what I say below might be incomplete (or wrong).
You can get some information by adding the 'Page Faults' and 'Page Faults Delta' columns to the Task Manager. For more detailed information, you will usually need to do some additional measurements using the Performance monitor.

Apparently, the Windows filesystem cache can also wreak havoc on the system, so you might want to look at the link below for some hints on limitting or resetting the cache:

Not really. Just be aware that the configuration for the number of cache pages can be overriden by the page buffer setting on the database itself.
