Solved!!!.
In spanish version of WS2K8, we have "C:\Archivos de Programa\...", but really it is "C:\Program Files".
Due to this, firebird 1.5.6 doesn't found security.fdb and then, it cannot attach to password database.
In windows 2K/Xp, it works good with C:\Archivos de Programa\, but with WS2K8 no.
I have edited firebird.conf and change rootdirectory for c:\Program Files\Firebird\Firebird_1_5 , and restart Firebird. Then I can enter in gsec and add users and password. After this, the server cuold attach to password database and let application work.
