I am not sure, but I think "intl" is must as it is used for the charset
stuff. I don't bother even thinking about it and just include them as
they are not very big.

You definitely should watch out that you always use the
correct/corresponding version of the different dll's

Yes, not very good, but if you have access to one of the PC's in the
last 10% then you should have a good chance of figuring it out.
