> In one of the networks with the problem, I changed the application and Firebird server to another PC, which has also Windows 2003 Server but does not have active directory and it works good (the application starts in 7 or 8 seconds). So, I guess the switch is not the problem.Windows Domain Controllers switched off write cache on HDD where its (DC)partition is located.
