Hi Stefan
We were working with Dmitry Yemanov and Alexander Peshkoff to fix the problem so they built a version of 2.1.2 which had the fix in it. That is the version we are still running.
Before we got the fix we had a process run every night that made sure there was no connections to the database. This allowed the lock manager to restart which helped a bit.
