Sorry, i see no useful info there. If you want to help to fix this bug (or not a bug, i don't know) you should cooperate with us. Coredump and copy of lock table is a first necessary step.

Another way is to provide remote access (via SSH, for example) to the "freezed" host to one of the developers (Alex Peshkov will be the best) or ask for commercial support (from IBPhoenix, for ex.).
