Subject Re: AW: [firebird-support] Damaged databasae CRC

Hi

Yes FB was stopped :) This is a Windows system. It is a user site so
we cant control antivirus settings etc but we do advise our clients to
exclude the DB from scans. I have found a tool that purports to allow
copying of CRC damaged files and will attempt using this when we get
access. Note that some access to the DB is currently possible. Certain
operations are failing with a CRC error.

Cheers
Rob
