Hi Norman - thanks for the response,

I try to connect to security2.fdb (as alias) using sysdba and ibexpert responds with:

'This user does not have privilege to perform this operation on this object no permission for direct access to security database C:\bin\db\fb\Firebird_2_1_3\security2.fdb'

Assuming I can somehow attach to it, what is the means one can see who is actually connected (I cannot locate ddl/info for the security2.fdb easily at the minute).
