Not in the ZIP distribution, as far as I can see (or it got renamed
during the build process). ;-)

One could argue that this file doesn't make sense to be included in the
ZIP distribution ... on the other hand, I first have to install Firebird
via the setup routine to get access to this file, which is another
chicken/egg problem. ;-)
