If it worked earlier by counting connected users, how did you manage
to have the count correct, then, when the programs have been
terminated abnormally?
Won't you receive the same outcome (realistic or not) by using
database triggers?
In general, but that's probably only my view, licensing models "per
seat" are a thing of the past.
