There is no Windows 2007 Server.
On Windows 2008 Server Superserver can reach about 700-800 TCP/IP
connections for 32bit and 1024 for 64bits. Connections via Named Pipes
are limited by Windows license. Connections via XNET are virtually
unlimited.
Classic server is limited by OS resources only.
