Nooooo. You can do that, but you can prevent to executing using semaphore on
temporary global table.

Is that possible to place TRIGGER INACTIVATE at the beginning and
place TRIGGER ACTIVATE at the end of STORED PROCEDURE ?

If that's impossible then how I could make it ?
