If you are using Windows 32 bit you don't have enough RAM. On Windoss 32, the maximum addressable per process memory is 2GB, total addressable memory (total for all processes) is 3 GB (except for processes that support PAE).

32 bit is not the same as 64 bit.

Or use SuperServer instead of SuperClassic, as the page cache will be shared by all connection (so then you only have the cache once, not per connection).
