Hi all
I recently installed FB1.5 on my windows 7 system. It works well (I checked at services).
I want to change the password, but I can't access gsec. I typed: gsec -user sysdba -password masterkey (from the \bin folder), but the shellprompt will not change to GSEC>.
I have administrator rights (I am the only user)
I also tried to restore a backup with fbak (with masterkey as password) with the same result a flashing window and then again c:\firebird\firebirbierd_1_5\bin.
If there is something to see on the flashing window, I can't see it, it's gone away much to fast.
