Gongratulations Vlad
You make it work.
Back to the basics. How can we avoid this kind of situation.
Places are 24/7 and we don't know when those places have breaks to make
backup/restore.
So how can we reset transaction counters without use backup/restore.

Setup and run FB 2.1.3 RC2.
Make database read-only
Make backup of database using gbak version 2.0.x .
Stop FB 2.1.3
Run your FB 2.0.x
Restore database
Make database read-write

Vlad
