Is it not possible to define a table to be stored in a data file as well as
in another DB engines?

No.

Some other DB engines are file-based. Firebird is not.

You should start again and try to describe the symptoms of the apparent corruptions. That way, people may be able to help you to find out what is causing the corruption and how to prevent it recurring.
