Well perhaps it's because of my lack of fluency in English, but
"performance issues" means (to me) the same as "performance problem".

If I say, "Does FB Embedded has any performance issues.... ?" the
meaning is "Does FB embedded is slower.... ?"

But I think that the OP is asking if FB Embedded is slower than the
regular FB server.
