This error is appearing when my program tries to do the CREATE
DATABASE, so it is the same no matter when I try to create the
database or try to access an existing database file.

As this is a prospect I don't have access to the machine and I can't
waste his time with error searching.

He installed my software on another computer and it worked without
any problems.
