How would I pass parameters to a script run by isql, similar to the
following:
isql -q -i c:\Scripts\MyScript.sql param1 param2
MyScript.sql
------------
INSERT INTO EXAMPLE(COL1,COL2) VALUES ($param1, $param2);
The script will select from one table and insert in to another, and two
values are defined at run time, and are not found in the first table.
