Hi group,
I installed FB 2.1.2 using gentoo portage system, as it was written that CS is the default instalation. Everyting is compilled and working fine, but i am afraid that this is not CS, but SS:
- i see only one process;
- the process is named fbserver , not fb_inet_server
So, I tried to download and install the compiled package
FirebirdCS-2.1.2.18118-0.i686.tar.gz form firebirdsql.org. It installs without errors, i also start the xinetd, but when try to connect remotely this error occur:
Connection not established.
connection rejected by remote interface.

This is multicpu server and i want to use CS, not SS.
