I took an existing machine (fedora 8) running 2.1.1 and did rpm -U
with the 2.1.2 upgrade file, I have found 2 issues:
- the copy of security2.fdb that is placed into tmp seems to be an
additional copy of the one being installed rather than the one being
overwritten
- the firebird file in /etc/xinet.d was removed !
I've dealt with both issues but thought it worth bringing to the
attention of those who have not done the upgrade yet
