Subject FB2.1 - Which one give best performance ?

Hi,

Currently I am running FB2.1 on WinXP Pro

Which one is the fastest or will give the best performance whether
FB2.1 is installed in
Win2K Server, Win2k3 Server or WinXP Pro (existing) ??

I need your comments or suggestion.
