This message is not too informative for me. But I found this

Why you use 2.0.1 instead of 2.0.5(latest release from 2.0.x series) .

63, 62, 63 strange for me. You use SS right? Any firewall etc installed
on the machine? If I remember correctly ... Somebody have this 64
connections problem with Eset Smart Security.
