Thanks. This actually showed me, how blind I'm. The user had same uid
and gid as SYSDBA.

Now I'm able to connect to the database from customer with user and
password I have.

BUT I don't have permissions to read anything but structure. I've
tried to "drop role sysdba", but I'm not owner of this role. How can I
find who is this owner?
