Sorry, but i think that configuring (x)inetd would definitely also be on that
list. I've been bitten a few times by low default settings of either cps
(connections per second) or instances (maximum instances). Many default
installations also define disable=yes or only_from=127.0.0.1 for each service
which can also be quite annoying. For details see [1].
