Dear folks,
I need to transform the SYDBA user as a normal user, and create a new one
instead of it.

As a DBA of this company (since a few months ago) I have discovered that in
the past ther was no DBA policies, so, there are a lot of apps that use the
SYSDBA user in its connections (to avoid define what grant to establish in
every object. Lazy!).

The fact is that today, the factibility of replace this data in every apps
is too much.

That's why we think there exist the possibility to create another user as a
SYSDBA and let the actual SYSDBA with less rights to avoid "strange"
behaviours.

Is this possible?
