Does anyone have a SQL statement that can convert Gregorian dates to Hijri?

I have something like this in Oracle:

select to_char(sysdate,'DD MONTH YYYY','NLS_CALENDAR=''Arabic Hijrah''') from dual;

what about in Firebird?
