about the website I am starting from scratch so I am flexible I just need to display product,price,stock availability and or date of availability, all hosting providers that I have acces to use mysql.

I have been playing around with a soft called firebird maestro and I am able to export data as SQL dump, But I can´t find a way to automate export/import at scheduled intervals..

Do you have any sugestions..
